INSIDE OUT

Today watched movie titled 'Inside Out..At the onset I thought its a kids movie but after watching it I felt really happy.Story of a girl and her emotions personified.

Joy,sadness, anger fear, embarassment, all are personified. The conversations of emotions are so real and their interplay is what we all witness in our lives, day in day out.Havoc plays when anxiety enters and starts dominating in her life.It pushes old emotions to backdrop creating insecurity. How the character loses from her original path and how she lands in trouble. But Joy being the leader leaves no store unturned to rescue her from the clutches of anxiety and makes her aware of her conscience is what the story is all about.

The movie beautifully captures the moments of hesitation ,confusion and conflict of emotions. At many places we all can relate to it .We have all been through such transition during adolscence and then growing up.For that matter at any stage of life this conflict exists. As rightly shown Joy is the leader. We all want to be happy souls as also it is natural state of our mind. Its only when we let other emotions take over that feelings of sorrow, depression, competition creep in.We as natural beings are compassionate, loving beings who love to bond with friends and family. But when we become insecure we try to compete and feeling of inadequacy comes into being.

Another important aspect is acceptance of negative events and negative feelings. We tend to bundle up our negative feelings associated with awkward moments and move them at backdrop. We keep some secrets out of fear hidden deep inside our minds. As a result they tend to backfire at some point or become source of negative traits in life.Instead if we accept those moments, learn and convert them into positive memories we wont have a baggage to carry.Joy and other emotions would then be free.

If we can understand and recognise our emotions ,address them positively ,life would definitely be much easier and happier as also truly an enriched experience.
