Synthesis

An open mind is necessary for listening to different views.We may not agree or accept completely but it definitely promotes greater understanding of any subject.Sticking to only our opinion or view ,without paying any heed to contrary views limits the expansion process.Brainstorming sessions are therefore sometimes healthy and necessary and so is tuning our mind to be open to different perspectives.
